Your account#
How do I delete my account? Go to Settings → Delete account. Your profile, and what you've added, are deleted.
I forgot my password. On the log-in screen, tap Forgot password? We'll email you a code to set a new one.
My code hasn't arrived. Check your spam folder. You can ask for a new code after a minute, with Send the code again.
Notifications aren't arriving. Check your phone's Settings → Notifications → Recent, and make sure notifications are allowed.
Safety#
How do I report something, or block someone? You can report anything, and block anyone, from inside the app. We review every report within 24 hours.
